About me

I’m Nio — a product designer based in NY. I’ve spent my career making digital experiences convert better for the people using them. I started working with restaurants because I got tired of seeing neighborhood spots I love lose business to sites that weren’t pulling their weight.
Growth experiments in a SaaS product and growth experiments for a restaurant homepage turn out to be more similar than people think — and restaurants get a lot less design attention.
